Return & Refund Policy

At GIZMO GALAXY 11:11, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hasten85.th28@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Details

  • Full refund: Defective items, wrong items sent, items significantly not as described
  • Refund minus shipping: Change of mind, ordered wrong size/color
  • No refund: Items returned after 30 days, used/damaged items, items without original packaging

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item for orders under $30.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at hasten85.th28@gmail.com.
